Product Orders
After PRIIÖ receives your order, a confirmation email will be sentto your email address. Therefore, please make sure to provide your real emailaddress when ordering and keep this email for future reference when contactingcustomer service. The order confirmation email (receipt) may be deemed as a proofof purchase.
Payment Notice
You can safely use a credit card or debit card to make payments onthis Website. Payment matters are handled by SHOPLINE Payments system, whichprovides online collection services using 3D Secure (3DS) authentication andadheres to strict banking transaction standards. 3DS authentication is anonline security authentication service launched by international cardorganizations, such as Visa, MasterCard and JCB, to ensure transaction security. Additionally,SHOPLINE Payments supports the latest 3DS 2.0 promoted by international cardorganizations and issuing banks, with each risk of the transactions confirmedby the international card organization and issuing bank. Credit cardinformation is always sent directly to the bank, and no one other than yourbank can view or obtain your credit card information.
If you pay with a credit card domestically in Taiwan, you do notneed to pay any handling fees. However, please note that you must use theonline collection service provided by SHOPLINE Payments system and the methodssupported by such system to pay (including Visa, Master, JCB, UnionPay cardsissued domestically and internationally, credit card installments, ATM banktransfers, Zingala Silver Corner Zero card, JKOPay, etc.).
Ordering
1. All prices on this Websiteinclude taxes. If there is an obvious error in the pricing, PRIIÖ reserves theright to cancel the order at any time and refund the amount paid. The images ofthe products on this Website may vary due to computer screen color settings andare for your reference only.
2. PRIIÖ will ship the products tothe location specified by you as soon as the receipt of payment is confirmed(for more information, please refer to “Shipping”). If you do notcomplete the payment within one day from the submission of the order, PRIIÖ reservesthe right to unilaterally cancel the order.
3. If there is any unauthorizeduse of another person's name or account whenan order is being placed, causing PRIIÖ to suffer a loss or damage, PRIIÖ willrefer the matter to the judicial authorities and seek compensation throughlegal actions.
Shipping
After PRIIÖ confirms the receipt of your payment, the product willbe shipped to the delivery address specified by you within approximately threeto five business days (excluding national holidays). Upon receipt, pleasecarefully inspect and confirm the items and product conditions. If you find anydamage on the product caused during shipment, regardless of the severity of thedamage, please notify customer service immediately. If you did not request to returnor exchange within the return or exchange period (as stipulated below), PRIIÖwill not be able to process your request.
Product Return and Exchange
1. According to the Consumer Protection Act of Taiwan (R.O.C.), you have the right to return or exchange products purchased on this Website within seven days from the day after the product is delivered. However, please note that you must return the product with its original packaging intact, including but not limited to the product, invoice, accessories, gifts, packaging, manufacturer's boxes, and all accompanying documents or materials. The product must be returned in its original packaging (do not mark or write on the original package). Otherwise, your return or exchange request will not be processed.
2. If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact PRIIÖ customer service at priioservice@pegatroncorp.com within seven days after the receipt of the product. Please state your name, order number, reason for return or exchange, daytime contact phone number, and delivery address in your email. If the reason for return or exchange is due to the product being different from the product ordered, damage during shipping, or product defects, PRIIÖ will cover the related costs. Otherwise, PRIIÖ will charge a handling fee of NT$200.
3. After receiving your email, customer service will reply via email and notify the courier company to pick up the products within seven business days. Please keep your phone available and obtain a receipt from the courier personnel upon pickup. To ensure your rights, please keep the receipt for at least fifteen days.
4. If the product you purchased is discontinued or cannot be provided for other reasons, PRIIÖ will notify you and provide information on other relevant products for your reference, or PRIIÖ may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. PRIIÖ will refund the amount using the payment method you used when placing the order. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be directly credited to your credit card account. The processing time for each bank is approximately seven to fourteen business days, therefore, the refund may appear on your current or the following month's account statement.
